Executive Overview of Presentation

Learn from Jamie Kralovec, PDC faculty member and trained Ignatian spiritual director and professional urban planner, about why spirituality is a key component of ethical leadership. In recent years, scholars of leadership and management have turned their attention to why the spiritual dimension of human knowledge can enhance effective leadership in the workplace. As a university grounded in the Catholic and Jesuit tradition and its abiding openness to inter-religious dialogue and multi-faith perspectives, Georgetown is in a unique perspective to offer wisdom to professional learners on this important, but sometimes under-attended, topic of discussion for emerging leaders. You'll walk away from the session with some suggestions for interior practices that help cultivate self awareness and social awareness needed to lead ethically in today's world.
