Mohannad Gomaa

Mohannad Gomaa is an Adjunct Faculty at the School Of Continuing Studies teaching the Master of Professional Studies in Supply Chain Management department. 

Mohannad is the CEO and Founder of MG Operations & Strategy Partners, a consulting firm specializing in supply chain strategy, post-merger integration, and operational transformation. He brings over 20 years of global experience leading high-impact initiatives for Fortune 500 companies in consumer packaged goods (CPG), chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, as well as for private equity portfolio firms and government entities.Before founding MG Operations & Strategy Partners, Mohannad held leadership and senior consulting roles with Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture Strategy, and Ernst & Young, where he delivered measurable improvements in EBITDA, working capital, and service performance.

His work has spanned integrated business planning (IBP), procurement transformation, network design, digital supply chain enablement, and cost optimization.In addition to his consulting practice, Mohannad is an ASCM certified training and consulting partner recognized thought leader in applying the SCOR Digital Standard to supply chain transformation. He has designed and delivered corporate training programs for multinational organizations, enabling teams to adopt best-in-class operating models and technology solutions. Mohannad has also served as an adjunct faculty member for the U.S. Navy Postgraduate School’s International Defense Acquisition Resource Management (IDARM) program and as faculty for Accenture Strategy College, delivering professional development programs to global consulting teams.

Mohannad holds a B.Sc. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo, an M.S. in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business, and Executive Education credentials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management. He also holds professional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Merger & Acquisition Integrator (CM&AI), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSS BB), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and Fundamentals of Engineering (FE).

Mohannad lives in Oakton, Virginia with his wife and two children. Outside of work, Mohannad is passionate about global travel as a certified PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, enjoys long-distance motorcycle riding, and is an avid chess player.
