Matthew Heim is an award-winning digital, PR and communications manager with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams on integrated marketing campaigns.
In his current role at Ketchum, Mr. Heim crafts and integrates digital ideas into solid, real-life digital goals, strategies, and tactics for a multitude of clients ranging from federal and state governments to food, healthcare, and cause-based organizations. He develops and executes comprehensive project plans that include meeting delivery and budget milestones, requirements documentation, messaging/strategy, content development, information architecture, design, software development and quality assurance processes.
Mr. Heim performs work across the media spectrum - between paid, earned, shared, and owned. Projects have included mobile apps, responsive websites (small to large), blogs, social activation, online advertising (click-to-call, banner ads), Drupal platform upgrades, email marketing, live broadcasts, and widgets.
Prior to Ketchum, Mr. Heim worked in the media as a newscast and online producer. He also spent time at Deloitte Consulting.
He earned a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bethany College (WV).
