Jacques Arsenault
Jacques Arsenault has been teaching courses in the Social Media Management certificate program in the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies since 2014. Jacques currently serves as Director of Digital Communications for the U.S. Government Accountability Office, an independent legislative agency assisting Congress with oversight and evaluation of federal programs and spending. In this role, he leads teams that produce GAOs social media, video, and podcast production. He previously served in a range of policy analyst roles at GAO, evaluating federal programs in areas including K-12 and higher education, environmental protection, and service contracting across agencies. He also founded and operates Post-Grad Compass, a home for tips and resources on succeeding in life after college, in the areas of career-building, adulting skills, and making meaning of life in your 20s.
