Shelly Heath-Watson
Shelly Heath-Watson, MA, MCC brings more than 25 years of experience in leading large-scale, national public health programs, training, and leadership and volunteer development to her work as an executive coach. Shelly’s career spans the academic, non-profit, public, and private sectors where she has worked with executives to increase their emotional agility, hone communication and listening skills, create and cultivate high-performing teams, and achieve personal and professional balance. She believes strongly in the individual and collective power of people to leverage their strengths and lessons learned to make great things happen for themselves and their organizations. Shelly holds an M.A. in Social Psychology from American University and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She has earned the designation of Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Shelly is the Director of Coaching Programs & Services for CI International where she supports leaders and organizations in meeting and exceeding 21st century workplace challenges and opportunities.
