Jennifer Phillips

Jennifer Phillips is currently the Area Director of Revenue Management on Marriott’s Eastern Region team, responsible for 23 full-service properties in the DC area, including Westin, Autograph, Marriott and Renaissance hotels, generating about $1 billion annually.

Phillips previously managed hotels in the Northeast, covering New England and the state of Pennsylvania.  Prior to the Area Director role, Phillips was the Market Revenue Manager Leader in Arlington, VA, leading 13 hotels of luxury to select service tiers to drive market share and top line revenue. Phillips has also served as the Revenue Management Operation Leader working with 15 hotels in Washington, DC. She has worked for Hi Hotels, and was also with Intercontinental Hotels Group as a Regional Director of Revenue Management. Her background includes experience in Operations, Quality Assurance Auditing, and Internal Auditing. Phillips has a B.S. from Penn State University in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, and an MBA from American University with a concentration in Marketing.
