While based in Asia on special assignment for Marriott, she honed an international and emerging market expertise, reaping an 85% growth in Chinese Marriott Rewards members in a single year. Anna also led Loyalty Marketing at AARP where she redesigned the content-based loyalty engagement platform. In her early career, she worked for Intel Corporation and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Lorch holds a Bachelor's in Professional Writing with a focus on User Experience from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
