Over his career, Dan Kaufman has negotiated collective bargaining agreements for the MLB umpires and NBA referees unions, managed business and legal affairs at a sports and entertainment agency, litigated the case that was the basis for the Oscar-winning movie, The Social Network, and confounded and managed Ballengee Group, a sports management and marketing agency.
