Robert Devlin

  As President of Transformation Strategies, Inc., a Washington, D.C. leadership consultancy with a global reach, Bob Devlin serves as executive consultant, strategic thinking partner, and coach to leaders and senior teams to enhance their leadership and implement change more effectively.


His clients say he builds extraordinary relationships that lead to break-through conversations that create new ways of interacting and doing business.  As former Director and Senior Faculty of the Georgetown Organization Development Program he trained and coached hundreds of leaders and consultants in the complex dynamics of systems change. He also serves as executive faculty for the US Office of Personnel Management-Western Management Development Center, creating leadership programs for government agencies and the US Army. He currently works nationally and internationally with clients like: Pearson, plc (UK) DSM Pharmaceuticals (NL), SWIFT (BE), USAID, USDA, Homeland Security, Special Olympics, and numerous national membership associations. He has a BA in International Studies and an MA in Human Resource Development and coaching training in the Gestalt and Integral traditions.
