Maria Kelts

Maria Kelts is a D&I practitioner with 15+ years of consulting, marketing and coaching experience in global organizations including the IMF, Nike and KPMG.    Maria is currently the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Walmart eCommerce, her portfolio includes a multitude of brands including,, Bonobos, ModCloth, Bare Necessities etc.

She has also served as the Global Director of Inclusion & Diversity at the Estée Lauder Companies. Maria has extensive experience in the development and execution of strategies that contribute to D&I effectiveness within global organizations.   She is a member of The Conference Board’s Leadership Council on Diversity & Inclusion, as well as mentor for the Million Women’s STEM Initiative and Summer Search programs.   Maria received her Master’s in Human Capital Management concentrating in Diversity & Inclusion from Georgetown University in Washington, DC and her undergraduate degree in Commerce from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She has also received a Diversity & Inclusion Professionals Certificate from Cornell University in New York and is an accredited Executive Coach by the Co-active Training Institute.
