Michael Altman brings to Georgetown a strong domestic and international reputation for advising public and private sector organizations on strategies for using the power of design to create positive economic development, community growth, and social change.

Michael is currently adjunct professor at Georgetown SCS and teaches Strategy & Design Thinking, Global Service and Customer Experience, Luxury & Lifestyle Brands and Consumer Research & Insights. He previously served for seven years as adjunct professor at George Washington University in the Master's of Tourism Administration Program where he taught courses in Applied Strategic Planning and Destination Marketing and consulted in their International Institute for Tourism Studies.
