Work with high-stakes program teams has crystalized Annes passion for changing the way we live by changing the way we work. Anne excels at helping leaders and teams focus - shifting frenetic activity into purposeful action and sustainable results. Through partnership, clients are creating breathing room to lead and deliver more effectively while regaining more of their lives. They are redefining how they navigate and execute under increasingly dynamic conditions. Anne walks beside her clients understanding the inherent tension of stretching beyond existing competence and comfort in pursuit of meaningful outcomes. She knows that path is not often smooth because she's lived it. Over the past 25 years, she has delivered organizational effectiveness (OE) programs of up to $2M/year and multi-million dollar technology initiatives in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. In addition to customized coaching engagements, Anne offers solo Roadmap retreats for business owners and leaders. Over the course of four hours, clients gain clarity and a path forward. Many have described feeling free of long-carried burdens and renewed energy for action. Additionally, she has developed a series of 90-minute development modules, known as Cadence, for organizations to create culture shifts through shared learning and change. Anne is an adjunct faculty member of the Georgetown University Certificate in Leadership Coaching program and a graduate of its founding cohort (2001). She was privileged to serve as a Mount St. Mary’s University adjunct MBA professor for six years. Her corporate and consulting career includes tenures with Discovery Communications (Discovery Channel), SAP America, The Washington Post, FINRA, Deloitte, NTT DATA, Inc., Howard Hughes Medical Institute, numerous federal agencies, and many other clients. Her credentials include an MBA, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and PMP and Professional Certified Coach designations. Contact: at46@georgetown.edu
