Jacqueline Bahn-Henkelman, Ph.D.  Jacqueline is an experienced trainer and consultant in human resource development, organization development and multinational leadership training.

 Experiences include being the academic dean and trainer for a top-level management skills program for United Nations Development Programme, in over 25 countries.   Human relations and emotional intelligence leadership experiences include working as: a consultant, trainer, trainer-of-trainers and dean with United Nations agencies, NTL Institute, Emotional Intelligence and Human Relations (EQ-HR) Center, the AU/NTL Masters Program, Towson University, and numerous private contracts and coaching clients.  She has a background in Psychotherapy and Social Work.   Jacqueline has participated in the founding of three non-profit-organizations:  Opportunity Associates in Romania, IMPACT Silver Spring (MD) and the EQHR Center. Jacqueline earned a Ph.D. in Professional Development from the University of Maryland College Park.
