He was an executive with Accenture Federal Services for 8 years. His experience includes Operations Manager and senior bid manager for Washington 2024s bid for the summer Olympics. Other experience includes supporting the Cybersecurity Task Force in examining economic development drivers for the Greater Washington region; strategic advisor for the senior leadership team of a Pentagon IT provider; evaluating customer insights for a $1.4B software engineering organization; leading change management and communications activities for a corporate restructuring of a $1B business, and developing a change and communications strategy for a statewide procurement transformation. He is a strategic planner, experienced facilitator, collaboration advocate, and highly skilled in leading-edge adult learning principles designing, developing, delivering, and managing development programs. Larry is also a certified Executive Coach and member of the Organization Development Network (ODN), the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network, (CBODN) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD). He is a 20-year veteran of the USAF with a Master of Science in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and previously supervised MBA candidates completing fieldwork requirements.
