David Wilk

David is an Adjunct Professor and Capstone Advisor in the Master’s in Real Estate Program at the School of Continuing Studies.

He has over 30 years of experience teaching real estate finance, infrastructure development, valuation, development, and optimization of corporate real estate assets.

Prior to teaching at Georgetown, Wilk held teaching positions at Johns Hopkins University, University of Delaware, and is currently an Assistant Professor and Real Estate Program Director at Temple University Fox School of Business. He is also a Managing Director of the Valuation & Advisory Services Group at Colliers International in Washington, DC and has completed real estate consulting assignments in 49 states in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, South America, Asia, Europe, and the South Pacific.

David holds a Master of Science in Real Estate & Infrastructure from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
