Gina Kim is an instructor in the Certificate in Product Management program at the Georgetown School for Continuing Studies.
She is a human-centered designer specializing in interaction design and user research.
Gina is a product designer working at the American Civil Liberties Union working with website visitors, donors, and internal stakeholders to design and build a better ACLU.org digital experience and tools to better inform the public about current and landmark civil liberties issues. She is also an instructor at Pratt Institute for MFA Communication Design students teaching Human-centered design and research methodologies. Previous to working at the ACLU, Gina was at the U.S. Digital Service team at the Department of Veterans Affairs, working on a case management system and public-facing tools for Veterans.
Gina holds a Masters in Fine Arts in Design for Social Innovation at the School of Visual Arts and a Bachelors of Fine Arts for Illustration at Syracuse University.
