Our emphasis on leadership skills and communication best practices prepares you to align any project with your organization’s strategy and integrate across organizational boundaries to solve problems and achieve enterprise goals and objectives. You’ll gain a deeper understanding across the project management lifecycle while mastering the key strategies needed to manage risk, minimize costs, control scope, and incorporate research insights into the planning and management process.
Importantly, our program has been reviewed and approved as a provider of project management training by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

You will learn the differences and similarities between agile and traditional project management through experiential learning and hands-on coursework aligned with the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). You'll utilize real-world scenarios and simulation software to master the project lifecycle from start to finish, including fundamental project management concepts such as a project charter, components of a project management plan, a work breakdown structure (WBS), and a risk management plan.
By the end of the program, you’ll understand how to balance competing demands, build and manage a team, and lead projects that add value to your organization.
