Marc Christian

Dr. Marc Christian is the founder of IntelliSport Analytics, a consultant firm partnering with sports leaders to better understand their organizations by interpreting the behavior of athletes, coaches and staff. Dr. Christian holds an adjunct faculty position at Georgetown University, teaching courses in the Sports Industry Management program. He is a former Division I NCAA swimming coach with 12 years’ experience coaching sprint, middle distance and distance student-athletes. Dr. Christian worked with athletes at the highest levels of swimming; coaching All- Americans, an NCAA Champion & World Championship qualifiers. Dr. Christian also developed student-athletes to break over (150) varsity records, and attain several prestigious NCAA, ACC and IVY academic awards. Dr. Christian is an expert in college sports and is deeply committed to the research and teaching of higher education and sports management. Dr. Christian studies athletics directors, organizational culture, and hazing in college sports. He has demonstrated a history of partnering within and across higher education institutions, researching and serving with a multitude of faculty and higher education professionals.
