Briana DuBose

Briana DuBose is a Multi Sector Management Consultant in the Washington,D.C. metropolitan area. Her areas of speciality include: supplier diversity & inclusion, leadership & business development, social/brand assessment, and small & minority business enterprise growth strategy.


As an advocate for sports equity and inclusion and a former collegiate athlete, Briana is the author of “The ABCs for College Athletes: A Practical Guide to College Sports” & the creator of sports brand black&ballin’. Concurrently, Briana is incoming Fall '22 Adjunct Faculty and current Capstone Advisor for Georgetown University’s Sport Industry Management Program. She advises students through their projects to meet graduation requirements and their sports industry goals.


Briana is a published researcher in both Organizational Behavior and Sport Management. Specifically, her research centers around sports organizations, workplace diversity, leadership, and team dynamics. Previously, Briana worked in higher education and the financial sector, respectively. Briana holds a Masters of Arts degree with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from American University, where she competed as a Division 1 collegiate athlete.
