Dr. Winston Gonzalez is a small business owner currently directing the management and administrative support services for Zeenie Enterprises LLC (ZeLLCo) in Annapolis, Maryland. As a certified Program Consultant in Scaled Agile Framework (SPC), Dr. Gonzalez also engages in Agile Training and Coaching.
Prior to joining Georgetown University, Dr. Gonzalez consulted for several federal government agencies in Washington D.C. He served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Grants Management Line of Business for a leading agency in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), implementing a government-wide solution. Dr. Gonzalez has over 25 years of Information Engineering experience. He has worked as a Management Consultant, Technical Project Manager, Senior Business Process Engineer, Scrum Product Owner, and Lead Designer/Architect for several customers with different web-based systems and client-server technologies.
He earned his Doctor of Management (DM) degree from the University of Maryland, University College. He has an undergraduate degree in Information Systems Management and a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Systems Management. Dr. Gonzalez also completed an Executive program from Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
