Dr. Chuck Easttom is the author of 29 books, including several on computer security, forensics, and cryptography. He has also authored scientific papers on digital forensics, cyber warfare, cryptography, and applied mathematics. He is an inventor with 19 computer science patents. He holds a Doctor of Science in cyber security (dissertation topic: a study of lattice-based algorithms for post quantum cryptography) and three master’s degrees (one in applied computer science and one in systems engineering). He also has Ph.D. in Technology focused in Bioengineering and Nanotechnology. He is currently working on a third doctorate (Ph.D. in applied mathematics and computer science). He also holds 55 industry certifications (CISSP, ISSAP, CEH, etc.) He was part of the team that created the CompTIA Security+, Linux+, and Server + exams. He is a reviewer for 5 different scientific journals including IEEE. He is also Editor in Chief for the American Journal of Science and Technology. He is also a Distinguished Speaker of the ACM Distinguished Visitor of the IEE as well as a Senior Member of the ACM and Senior Member of the IEEE.
