Walcelio Melo
Dr. Melo is a Senior Principal at Noblis – a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization that provides information technology services to public and private enterprises. He is a senior researcher with dozens of publications in leading journals and conferences in the computer science field. Dr. Melo possesses a passion for teaching, having taught in several universities, such as George Mason University, George Washington University, McGill University, and Catholic University of Brasilia. His strong academic background combined with more than 15 years of experience on top notches consulting companies, such as Oracle, Unisys, General Dynamics, MITRE, and now Noblis, allows him to help his clients tackle complex business issues using the best-of-breed information technology solutions.
