Kelly Buis, RN, MSN, PCC is an executive coach and leadership development consultant whose focus is helping leaders and teams to experience the most expansive and best versions of themselves.
She centers her work around intentional human connection, the importance of presence and curiosity in leadership, building resilience to improve performance (and quality of life), and inspiring others through principles of values-based living.
Kelly has spent her entire career in healthcare with an emphasis on oncology. She has a combined perspective of experiences as a former nurse/nurse practitioner, pharmaceutical industry executive, cancer survivor, and leadership coach. Organizationally, Kelly is known for building and leading high performing teams, infusing energy, passion and commitment into business cultures, and supporting the development of employees and teams around purpose.
Kelly received her Master of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is an alumnus of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and an adjunct faculty member for Georgetown’s Health and Wellness Coaching program. She is currently working toward a certification as an End-of-Life Coach. Her additional interests include women’s empowerment, addiction, and healing.
