Larry was an executive with Accenture and his experience includes being the senior bid manager for Washington 2024s bid for the summer Olympics. Other experience includes supporting the Cybersecurity Task Force in examining economic development drivers for the Greater Washington region; strategic advisor for the senior leadership team of a Pentagon IT provider; evaluating customer insights for a $1.4B DoD software engineering organization; leading change management and communications activities for a corporate restructuring of a $1B business, and developing a change and communications strategy for a statewide procurement transformation.
As an Executive Coach and certified Gallup Strengths Coach with senior clients around the globe, Larry helps senior leaders and their teams address complex, real-world challenges by using his experience and expertise to customize his coaching, strategy sessions, and leadership workshops.
Larry is a 20-year US Air Force veteran (he taught rocket science!) with a Master of Science in Organization Development from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Previously faculty at Hopkins for the MBA/OD program, hes has been with Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership’s Organization Development Consulting and Change Leadership graduate certificate program since 2016.
