author for more than 30 years in the USA and internationally. Anne has a passion for
unleashing leadership potential in organizations through executive coaching, cultural
competence and leadership skills training.
Dr. Anne Litwin works with organizations to help design and deliver training that will increase
cultural competence, awareness of unconscious bias and the organization’s capacity to leverage
diversity. She has designed and facilitated staff retreats and D & I workshops for more than 30
years. A core interest for Anne is helping women become successful leaders in the workplace.
Dr. Litwin is the author of the book, New Rules for Women: Revolutionizing the Way Women
Work Together and co-editor of the book, Managing in the Age of Change, along with
numerous articles on organization development, gender differences and women’s leadership.
