David Holden

David Holden is Senior Director, Compensation and Benefits for PBS where his responsibilities include administration of PBS’s compensation program, oversight of the PBS Benefit programs, Retirement Committee, and coordination of HR technology.


Mr. Holden joined PBS in May 2008 and previously worked for Inova Health System as Compensation Director. 


Mr. Holden has more than twenty years of human resources experience concentrating in compensation, employee benefits, and HR Technology, including Director of Compensation and Employee Benefits at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington DC and experience with M&T Bank of Buffalo, New York. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Fredonia and has received designation as a Senior Professional of Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (SPHR), a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from Plan Sponsor Council of America (CPSP). Mr. Holden serves as the Treasurer for the Washington Area Total Rewards Association (WATRA).
