Dennis Goulet

Dennis Goulet is an adjunct instructor in the School of Continuing Studies in Ethics: Applied Intelligence Program. He covers both real-world and hypothetical intelligence scenarios in the realm of Department of Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, and Business Intelligence practices. He is passionate about having ethical standards within the Intelligence Community given the daunting requirements of the military and government agencies in the post 9/11 era.


In addition to teaching, Goulet also works as a Cyber Intelligence Analyst supporting US Air Force Acquisitions. He has served in the Intelligence Community for over a decade including a total of 54 months overseas supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.


Goulet holds an MA in Information Technology Management and an MA in Leadership and Management both from Webster University School of Business, and a BA in Criminal Justice from Norwich University (Military College of Vermont).
