Linda Berkeley is President and founder of LEB Enterprises, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in branding, new business development, leadership, consumer insights, and education. She is an experienced business executive who has started and grown businesses at media, entertainment, and non-profit companies. In addition, she has broad experience in the field of education, including teaching (secondary, college, and higher education levels) and Board positions at an educational start-up and a D.C. charter school. She has over twenty years experience in business and consulting.
Previous positions include President, National Geographic Enterprises and Executive Vice President, National Geographic Society; Chairman, MCA/Universal Consumer Products; MCA/Universal Chief Executive Officer Universal-Animation Studios; Corporate Director, Strategic Planning, The Walt Disney Company; and Vice President, Research and Strategic Planning, Young & Rubicam Entertainment. The success of some of her work has been the subject of a Harvard case study.
Linda earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard and her Ph.D. in English and Comparative Literature with highest honors from Columbia University. She is originally from Brooklyn, New York and attended The Berkeley Institute, now the Berkeley-Carroll School. Linda currently resides in Washington D.C. with her husband and two children.
