40 years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain
Over my career, I have held a number of positions in the Operations and Supply Chain area.
First Line Supervisor
Assistant Plant Manager
Vice President of Operations
Director of Planning
Director of Purchasing and Contract Manufacturing
Adjunct Professor at Mount St Marys', Emmittsburg, Maryland (2014-Present). Teaching Supply Chain, Operations, and Management courses in the MBA program.
I like teaching because I enjoy sharing my experiences—The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly—to help students in meeting their career challenges and choices as they move forward. I enjoy teaching online classes because this format allows students flexibility with their busy schedules and is a means for student and professor interaction. I prefer the Discussion format in Canvas where students can share information and respond to each other, and everyone can benefit from the Discussions.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and grandson (Liam, 4 years old); golfing; working out at the gym; doing yard work (yes—good therapy); and traveling.
