Bill frequently publishes, speaks at industry conferences, and provides expert comments on a range of topics. A former journalist, Bill is an award-winning reporter and columnist. He received his bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in New York.

In his spare time, Bill plays beer-league hockey, provides pro bono consulting to non-profit groups, cooks his grandmother’s Puerto Rican recipes, and backpacks the Appalachian Trail.
