Taylor Brown

Taylor Brown is an Adjunct Faculty member in the School of Continuing Studies' Sports Industry Management Program. Taylor has been teaching the Social Responsibility & Globalization in Sports course since 2013, and is the Subject Matter Expert, having developed the online version of the course. In addition, Taylor has taught the Applied Ethics and Governance in Sports course and the Capstone course. He was awarded the 2018-19 SCS Sports Industry Management Outstanding Faculty Award.

Taylor has over a decade of experience working in the international non-profit sector, specifically in sport-based youth development and peace-building. He currently works with The Fund for Global Human Rights, a public foundation that provides financial and strategic support to catalyze the work of trailblazing activists in more than 20 countries, and is a member of the organization's Senior Leadership Team.  

Taylor earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Science (Finance and Accounting double major) degree from Fairfield University’s Charles F. Dolan School of Business. He also earned a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy in May 2017.
