Katina Lee is the Senior Director, Operations for the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy. In her role, Katina provides strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Academy’s facilities and programs. Specifically, this includes overseeing maintenance and use of the Academy’s buildings and grounds, managing the organization’s operating budget, managing relationships with partners, contractors, and vendors, and liaising with Washington Nationals front-office departments to ensure smooth communication between the Academy and the team on key issues.
Prior to joining the Academy, Katina practiced health care law for 13 years in both the public and private sectors and has over 5 years of experience coaching recreational and travel softball in Maryland and Northern Virginia. She was an all-Ivy League third baseman at Harvard University, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. In addition, Katina received her law degree from Catholic University – Columbus School of Law and her Masters Degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University.
