David Coriale
Dave began his IT career as a database programmer and gradually shifted his focus to technology management consulting for associations and nonprofit organizations. His experience with Web site strategy planning, requirements analysis and design, business process improvement and reengineering, and technology management has made him an important catalyst for change in many organizations with which he has worked. His current emphasis is on working with nonprofit organizations and their Boards to: align technology initiatives with the organization’s strategic and tactical plans; develop goals and strategy plans for Web site development, use and testing; and develop usability testing plans to measure the ease with which Web-based tasks are accomplished. Dave has a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Maryland and a Bachelors of Science - Computer Science from Syracuse University. His academic background and professional experience give him the skills and knowledge necessary to analyze financial, human resource, and other information technology related issues.
