Eric Olesen is a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton and leads their Workforce Analytics function.
Mr. Olesen has over 15 years in the fields of Applied Statistics and Predictive Analytics in the areas of Human Capital, Quantitative Market Research, and Survey Methodology. He spent the first part of his career in client facing roles at the Gallup Organization helping Fortune 100 organizations link their key performance metrics to employee and customer engagement. Mr. Olesen also specialized in creating predictive models to help organization be more proactive in areas such as reducing attrition, identifying drivers of quality hires, and succession management.
Mr. Olesen received his bachelor degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Wayne State University and holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron which is consistently ranked in the top I/O programs. He is an active member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association and the American Association for Public Opinion Research.
