Jean Wright, MS, PCC, NRP, is an internal and independent coach and consultant who enables leaders to achieve results.
Using her unique combination of professional coaching, organizational development consulting, and personal experiences, Jean Wright helps leaders and organizations make sense out of transition and rekindle their leadership. Together, they work through the messiness and confusion of change to solve problems, achieve major initiatives and goals, and move forward better than before. Jean’s clients’ transitions are triggered by chronic demands, conflict, organizational change, promotion, shift in position or role, challenging initiatives, loss/grief, growing dissatisfaction or lack of joy in leading, or a sense of a gap between what is and what is wanted. Jean recognizes that transition can test ones’ fortitude and it is easy to get knocked off course, lose perspective, take the easy route, be swayed by others, or become paralyzed. That is why she supports human beings as they search and achieve something valued out of turbulent times and rekindle their leadership. Jean’s cumulative thirty-plus years of human resources, organizational development, emergency services, systems analysis, and coaching experience parlays into a rich multi-faceted perspective of organizational life and the human experience. As a result, Jean is able to help leaders with complex human dynamics and tough organizational and workforce dilemmas under less than ideal circumstances. Jean builds trusting relationships with a wide-range of people, calmly and confidently assesses sensitive situations, uses a systems approach to diagnosis the problem or gap, and co-creates practical, innovative solutions with senior leaders. Jean holds a Bachelors in Computer Systems Analysis and Masters in Human Resources Management, and completed her coach training at Georgetown University and Neuroleadership Institute. She is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Her coaching is influenced by advanced coach training on adult development, neuroscience, change, team development, conflict coaching, and well-being. Additionally, Jean is a Prosci certified change practitioner and practicing Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP).
