Jean’s cumulative thirty-plus years of human resources, organizational development, emergency services, systems analysis, coaching experience parlays into a unique and rich multi-faceted perspective of organizational life and the human experience. Jean partners with executives and leaders and share expert knowledge on a broad range of organizational and human capital areas to create customized solutions, including individual and organizational assessments, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Partners with leaders to develop customized strategies that enable employees to adopt organizational change. Designs and implements organizational and team interventions based upon organizational assessment. Designed and implemented enterprise programs in support of strategic initiatives focused on succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and enterprise change management. Experience in collective bargaining unit environments. Recipient of OCC’s 2020 Leadership Award and 2015 Customer Service Award. Jean specializes in five types of coaching – leadership, team, retirement, mentor, conflict and mental performance for athletes. Coaches public and private executives and managers to become more self-aware and achieve results and effectiveness. Coaches teams toward improving team cohesiveness and addressing team challenges using tools that support working together in a manner that creates shared understanding and increases effectiveness to meet team goals.
