Mary brings a wealth of leadership, management and training experience to her workshops, facilitation, and coaching. Mary’s 3-D Coaching & Consulting program quickly identifies talent, team, management and leadership gaps, creates a strategic framework for addressing them and a learning and development program to correct them. Described as smart, direct, and someone who “gets it”, Mary also facilitates retreats for leaders and entrepreneurs all over the planet. She has also designed a Communication Styles program, HARP Styles©; an interview system, PBI Performance Based Interviewing™, and a Coaching & Counseling program that is widely praised by managers in all industries.
She was Director of Talent Development for Georgetown University, DC and was Assistant Director for Learning & Development for Georgetown University in Doha, Qatar. There she created and implemented a training, coaching and internal consulting program and managed all support services of a reorganization process.
Mary was adjunct faculty at Cornell University, ILR, for 15 years where she taught Employee Relations, Advanced Employee Relations and How to Engage and Retain Employees for their HR Certificate Program.
Mary has a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BA in Education. She is a member of International Coaching Federation, ICF, and Association for Talent Development, ATD.
