Kim Weinberg
Kim Mensh Weinberg has over twenty-five years of experience in executive coaching, group facilitation, leadership development, and organizational consulting.
She is adept at navigating individuals and teams through significant challenges, exploration, and growth. Kim has been a trusted partner with leaders around the world to successfully develop and execute compelling visions and inspire sustainable results. Kim is the founder of Coach In Motion, LLC, a Washington, D.C. area based coaching, facilitation, and consulting firm. She is a Certified Leadership Coach from Georgetown University where she currently serves on the faculty of the Executive Facilitation Certification program, holds a Master’s of Science degree in Organization Development from American University, and a BA degree in Communications, Psychology, and Organizations from Tulane University. Kim’s executive and management experience spans entrepreneurial ventures, family businesses, fast-growth & Fortune 100 companies, and non-profit organizations. She has over 15 years’ experience serving 23,000+ executives worldwide in the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as a Certified Forum Facilitator, Certified Mentor Facilitator, resource for regional and Global Leadership Conferences, a Chapter Executive Board Member, and Moderator. Kim also pioneered an award-winning international seminar exclusively for women. Kim thrives on the challenge of living a balanced life in her core values of well-being, connection, courage, fun, and trust. To that end, Kim and her family travelled around the world for a year where they explored and gave back to local communities. While traveling in various regions, Kim acted as a global resource, and she is often called upon to share her "lessons from the edge" and to coach others on how to do the same.
