Jeri is a Learning Circle Advisor and assessor with the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program and teaches executive courses at American University in topics including leadership, organizational change, and emotional intelligence. She received a MA from George Washington University, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin. She earned a Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University and holds the ICF Professional Coach Certification.
