Her most recent corporate role was VP, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness with BAE Systems, providing strategic direction for leadership, talent, and organizational performance. She has held senior consultant and leadership roles with Mercer Delta/Oliver Wyman, EnCompass, and Work in America Institute. Jeri is a Learning Circle Advisor and assessor with the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program and teaches executive courses at American University in topics including leadership, organizational change, and emotional intelligence. She received a MA from George Washington University, an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a BA from the University of Wisconsin. She earned a Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University and holds the ICF Professional Coach Certification.
