Caitlin Huntley
Caitlin H. Cochran is Associate Dean of Summer and Special Programs and Adjunct Lecturer for the Master of Professional Studies in Higher Education Administration at the School of Continuing Studies.
Caitlin has over 20 years of experience in higher education administration. Her expertise includes new program development for pre-college and undergraduate students, academic operations, and creating inclusive spaces for students and university staff.
Caitlin’s recent research has focused on identity development and socialization, particularly for neurodivergent graduate and professional students. She has also conducted research on designing learning spaces in various contexts, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within higher education, and community-based learning programs.
Caitlin holds a doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt university, a Master’s in Education Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s in English from Georgetown University.
