I am a discourse analyst interested in the intersection of language, society, and technology.
My previous work has focused on narrative and identity in social media discourse, with a particular interest in multimodal narratives. My current research examines how users of conversational user interfaces (e.g. Amazon Echo, Apple Siri, ChatGPT) navigate processes of meaning-making in interactions with and about technology.
