He has taught courses in research methods, statistics, and a capstone course for psychology majors. His professional experience has covered many different personnel and testing contexts (e.g., applicant selection, credentialing, and educational testing), different types of jobs and organizations, and a variety of assessment methods (e.g., situational judgment tests, online assessments). He has worked with both the private and public sectors on projects involving tasks such as job analysis, test development, and test validation.
