Online Master's in Human Resources Management

Georgetown University’s Online Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management prepares you to become an HR leader in today’s increasingly dynamic and complex world. You'll leave the program with the skills and expertise to solve real-world organizational challenges and advance the HR management profession.

In our online Master's in Human Resources program, students will master the skills necessary for embracing and driving change within any organization, such as creative and critical thinking, training and development, global proficiency, ethical reasoning and values, applied problem solving, information literacy, technological competence, and communication. Through real-world case studies, team-based learning, and action learning projects, you will develop the competencies needed to turn great strategy into great performance by leveraging talent, culture, and organization design.

Importantly, our online master's degree in human resources curriculum fully aligns with the recommended requirements outlined by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
