Georgetown University’s Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management prepares you to become an effective and strategic HR business partner. You’ll leave the program with the specialized knowledge and leadership skills needed to deliver meaningful business results and add value to any organization.

Our program takes a holistic approach to human resources management. Through a blend of focused study and hands-on practice, you’ll develop a keen understanding of the HR landscape and the well-rounded expertise that today’s market demands. You’ll also practice applying these principles through real-world case studies, where you’ll face challenging scenarios across industries, cultures, and international borders.

Importantly, our curriculum fully aligns with the recommended requirements outlined by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
