Kimberly Walker

Dr. Kimberly (Kim) Walker is an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies and the Chief of People, Culture, and Strategy at Tahirih Justice Center, a nonprofit serving immigrants fleeing gender-based violence. Her work prior to this was focused on capacity building, both as an external consultant to communities and organizations working on homelessness and other social issues and working internally with organizations on learning and development. She has previously worked with Arabella Advisors, FSG, the Urban Institute, CSH, and the National Alliance to End Homelessness. She has a Master's in Urban Planning from UCLA, a Master's in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, and a Master's and Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.
