Janae Gravitz

Janae Gravitz is the founder of True You Career Coaching and a former Director of Talent Acquisition at TEGNA, a broadcast media company in Northern Virginia. Her recruiting background spans the public and private sectors, including stints in the White House Office of Presidential Personnel and executive search. Janae obtained her Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri, her Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Georgetown University, and her Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance certification from American University. Additionally, Janae is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional. Janae lives in Washington, DC, with her husband and two daughters and serves on the board of Higher Achievement, a nonprofit that provides academic tutoring and mentoring to middle school students. Janae is passionate about creating the win-win for candidates and organizations and helping students achieve their goals.
