Description: With the rise of social media, visual storytelling has taken on an even bigger role in fact-based ethical journalism. News organizations increasingly are turning to documentaries as a way to meet this demand. In this sample class, Documentary Storytelling instructor John Hanle will explore the ways in which students can create compelling, real-world visual stories of interest to a broad audience.
