Curriculum & Schedule

You must successfully complete all seven required courses for a total of 15.40 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), or 154.0 contact hours. The program must be completed in sequence as a cohort over seven months.

  2. Organization and Change Theory (2.1 CEUs)
  3. Engagement: Data Collection and Analysis; Preparing Client Feedback (2.1 CEUs)
  4. Group Dynamics: Facilitating the Human Element in Organizational Change (2.1 CEUs)
  5. Interventions: Intention, Impact, & Results (2.1CEUs)
  6. Essential Facilitation Skills for Consultants and Leaders (2.1 CEUs)
  7. Organizational Consulting Capstone (2.1 CEUs)
