Brodie Riordan, PhD, is an adjunct faculty member in the Georgetown HR Master's program. She currently co-teaches "Coaching Skills for HR Professionals" with Shonna Waters, PhD. Brodie is a Senior Manager of Partner L&D at McKinsey & Company. Prior to joining McKinsey, Brodie worked as a Senior Talent Consultant at CEB and in Global Leadership Development at Procter & Gamble. Brodie earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron, where she taught introductory psychology and social psychology at the undergrad level. Brodie was also a visiting faculty member at Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. Brodie has authored over 2 dozen books, book chapters, and peer reviewed articles, including "Using Feedback in Organizational Consulting" - the first edition in an American Psychological Association series for consulting psychologists.
