Jennifer has 31 years of government service which she has dedicated primarily to learning and development (L&D) and human resources management. She has worked for four government agencies—the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Office of Personnel Management, United States Patent and Trademark Office and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). She has worked in all aspects of L&D as has served as a training specialist, instructional systems designer, traditional and virtual course instructor and leadership development program manager. For the last 15 years she has worked as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO) where she has developed and implemented large scale learning and organizational development strategy and projects. She is currently the CLO for the NCUA. She is also a certified executive coach. She helps individuals and teams assess their strengths and performance gaps and develop meaningful career and leadership development action plans.
