Chelsea Stearns

Chelsea Stearns is a human capital management professional with experience working across the public and private sectors. As Director of Human Resources at Parry Labs, she focuses on enhancing organizational culture through performance management, corporate social responsibility, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University, with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Human Capital Management. Chelsea earned her Master's degree from Georgetown University in Human Resources Management. As an alumna, she has served in the Program as Professor of the Graduate Internships Course, Capstone Advisor, Faculty Advisor for Georgetown University’s SHRM Student Chapter, and leads the University’s SHRM-CP/SCP Prep Class. Additionally, Chelsea is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional. Chelsea is extremely passionate about the student classroom experience and working with students to unlock their potential.
